Avoid at all costs. This is their lawn makeover which is worse than when they started. When I contacted them to ask when to expect another visit I was told I had already my paid for visits. 1200 down the drain that will now cost me to fix.

We had a new lawn turfed in 2020 and wanted it to be kept looking lush and green so employed greenthumb and signed up to their 25 quid a month package. One year on, our lush new lawn went downhill to the point that it got infested with leatherjackets and looked nothing better than a field. In reality, they spent approx 10 minutes visiting us every 3 months and all we could see was that our new lush lawn was destroyed. My neighbour paid them approx 20 every 3 months and got exactly the same treatments as us so what we paid the extra money for i have no idea...Then they missed the leatherjacket infestation when they did visit and when we complained they wanted extra money over and above what they had charged us already but couldnt guarantee the issue would be resolved. They would not even offer us one free treatment as a gesture of goodwill.To top it off, i emailed them to cancel their service and there was no acknowledgment from them at all. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE AND JUST TREAT THE LAWN YOURSELVES! There is no benefit to using them. Services: Weed control, Yard work, Lawn pest control

Have used GreenThumb for my lawns for over 10years in Leicestershire. Now moved to Boston and using again. Front lawn as shown great improvement since having them again.
