However, the initial meetings and discussions relating to the actual funeral, the arrangements on the day and post service contact where as I imagined.         From start to finish we were treated with respect, care and compassion. They went above and beyond and made the worst experience a little easier for us. The care my dad got was beautiful, his funeral was perfect and for that I will always be grateful! My dads funeral was on the 23rd December 2014 which was so difficult with young children, and since then we have always been welcomed in to write a memory star for the christmas tree. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did. Family of Paul Chapman
