Well. This woman what can I say? Michelle you are an absolute joy to be with. You make me feel comfortable and explain every procedure I have with clarity. If Im nervous (which I normally am!) you have patience and humour which calms me right down. You have made me feel more confident, and after a really turbulent 12 months in my life I can hold my head up high because Im now happier with how I look and feeland its all down to you. I have wanted to try lip fillers for a while now, but I was nervous. I wanted a natural look and did not want great big Instagram lips. I explained this to Michelle and I feel like she really listened to what I wanted. The clinic is pretty and creates a nice, calm atmosphere. Michelle explained the process and was very reassuring throughout the process. She explained the aftercare to me and what to expect for the next week or so. I am very happy with the experience so far and cant wait for the swelling to go down so I can see the final effect!

I went to have a facial with Michelle and thought it would be nice but wow I was so wonderfully surprised in how much she puts into a facial, it was so much more, from the lovely relaxing process, products, fantastic facial massage techniques and the care and treatment she gives in a gorgeous relaxing environment that she creates for you for that self care time, it was just a gorgeous peaceful experience. I really did leave feeling that my tired skin felt fresh and tight again, what a great feeling. Thank you lovely Michelle and thank you for all your advice and knowledge.
