Cedar House Accounting have been with us from nearly the start of our business. The world of Accounting and especially Tax compliance is mind boggling to me and Aimee takes all of the stress away whilst explaining everything so I still feel in control. I attended Aimees know your numbers workshop, which was very useful in terms of working out your numbers and understanding more about my business finances. I then had an One2One session six months later to work out where I was spending my money and setting a cashflow forecast for the year. Aimee uses the profit-first model, which has been an eye-opener and changed the way I think about my money in my business. Ten months on, I had another session with Aimee, where she was very pleased to see my profit had increased massively over that time. What now seems simple adjustments to my finances has changed the way I look at my money within my business. We sat down and went through my current figures and worked out a forecast for the next 12 months with targets for me to achieve to hit my next goal. Not only has this helped with the money side of my business, but it has also helped me look at the capacity I have available to work out and how many customers I can take on each month. Aimee is not your standard accountant who looks back on last years figures she helps you look forward and how your business can grow. Aimee is also down to earth and easy to talk too; she makes you feel at ease. Businesses finances are a very personal thing and can be nerve-racking having someone go through them in depth but trust me its the best thing you can do to change your business around. I would highly recommend Cedar House Accounting.
