        I had problems with neck and arms which many doctors and two consultants where confused by. This went on for 7 months. I went to see Alicia Poole and after the third session all symptoms started to ease and continue to do so. She is professional, warm and her attention to detail is wonderful. Thank you Alicia.         Since I first visited Alicia, she has always made me feel at ease during treatments and listened to my concerns regarding my health. Alicia is professional and organised and always accommodating to my shift patterns regarding appointments. I am particularly impressed with how Alicia has reopened her practice during the Covid pandemic and adopted all the safety measures required to make her patients feel safe.
