I went to Gilly to help with digestive issues I'd been having over the last 2 years. Gilly quickly put together a plan of action and helped me understand why my body was reacting in certain ways. Over the course of 12 weeks, my symptoms dissipated, i felt healthier, had more energy and developed a clear set of guidelines for how i approach food. It's not too clich to say but she has positively changed my relationship with food forever. I cannot recommend Gilly enough. Thank you Gilly.

Its certainly no understatement to say that working with Gilly has been one of the most worthwhile things Ive ever done. I wanted to gain more control over my diet and I had specific goals for improving my health. Gilly provided me with all the education and understanding I needed to make better choices, and with her support I was able to make consistent, healthy changes in my life. I cant thank her enough and hope our paths cross again in the future!

I'm almost at the end of my 28 day programme with Gilly. My reasons for joining were two-fold; losing weight and feel physically good. I have tried many a diet, ut they are unsustainale. I wanted to make shanges that would stick. My short terms goal is to fit into a bridesmaid dress in August (then September). However, what I have come to realise is that food has so much more to it that impacting your weight. My mood, sleep and energy have all improved over these last few weeks and I have learned so much about myself. I certainly feel less bloated and have learned so much about nutrition. I absolutely would recommened Gilly to anyone looking to make sustainable changes and have a healthier, happier balance.

I have been working with Gilly for three months now. I have always been very interested in health and fitness and exercise daily. What I really wanted from the program was a bit of body recomposition and better performance at the gym. If you have read any "nutrition advice" before, the general agreement is that you can't lose fat and perform better because you need to be in a calorie deficit, and you cannot build muscle while in a deficit and so on. Not knowing anything about nutrition, when Gilly told me what I wanted was possible, I was a bit skeptical but thought what I really wanted was to lose some body fat and if she's right about performance, that's an added bonus. Three months on, I realise how wrong I was. The amount of knowledge and experience Gilly has on nutrition for sports and exercise is unbelievable. It also helps that she does crossfit too so she knows exactly what sort of exercises and exersion levels I deal with. In the last three months I have lost 8kg of weight, my body looks so much more toned and I no longer fit into any of my cloths! Now if you are a fitness enthusiasts like me, you know what that means: I have lost body fat, but put on so much muscle mass that my cloths do not fit me anymore. That is the holy grail of fitness! My performance at the gym has been so much better and I recover so much quicker. But that is just a small part of it. I feel so much better and more energetic during the day, I feel healthier and never hungry and not only do I not crave junk food, I actually crave healthy food, even when I go out for a meal. On top of all of that, you get to learn so much about nutrition. I have just signed up for an extra three months and I am really looking forward to seeing where this will take me. I would definitely recommend working with Gilly, whatever your goals are.

When I began my 3 month journey with Gilly, I imagined or hoped for a bit of support to re focus on my own health for a while and eventually, some weight loss. What I didn't expect was a total overhaul of my lifestyle (my choice) and numerous health improvements physically and mentally including, confidence , energy, hormonal balance, heart rate, blood pressure, vitality , less anxiety, skin appearance, body shape, strength. Gilly is extremely knowledgeable, many times my mind was blown! I've always enjoyed cooking and know many ingredients/recipes but still, I have learnt so much about nutrition. Gilly makes it so simple to follow , no measuring scales used and I've even stopped weighing myself! I can imagine Gilly being able to help anyone in many different ways and if you are considering signing up with Gilly, do not hesitate! Health is priceless and this really is value for money. I am dancing again and it has been 10 long years! The hardest part was saying goodbye. Thank you Gilly .
