Very poor customer Service. I enquired with them to have some embroidery work done via email and never received a response. I went on to phone them a week later, only to find out the email address on their website was out of date (2 weeks on and they still haven't updated their website). The in store experience is very poor also as they are not very helpful and getting information is like getting blood out of a stone, you have to work very hard asking a lot of questions to get any answers. This is a shame because I know little about embroidery and would have hoped them to guide me through the process. Instead I felt as if coming in their store was a pain to them. They promised me they would prepare a logo for me and email me within a week which they never did. After chasing them almost a week later after they said they'd email me, they then said I would definitely receive it within the next 2 days. 2 weeks on I still haven't heard from them. I'm at a loss how they are in business with their level of incompetence. Don't waste your time with them.
