Just Paws Grooming Ltd

Read all the positive reviews for this place so was reassured that I would be pleased with their service. Unfortunately they didnt cut his coat they completely shaved his coat off in the coldest month of the year. When I collected him I asked why they had cut him so short and all I got was "Im sorry you're not happy with it" & they took 5 off the bill. I was livid that they had not given him a winter cut as requested.I had to buy him an extra coat to wear under his usual coat as he was shivering even indoors. Days later someone was asking on a local online group for recommendations for a good groomers and I warned them against using Just Paws. Tanya the owner then waded in writing my little dog had a neglected coat and that is why they shaved it all off! His coat certainly wasnt matted or poorly maintained, he loves getting brushed everyday and looks forward to it.. They should have phoned me if there was a change to the agreed cut not just cut his coat completely off. I've never had any previous groomer tell he his coat was matted! As far as I am concerned this place employs a bunch of sheep shearers not professional dog groomers. You never know if these reviews are made up. I regret not getting a personal recommendation.

My dogs first time, timid dog but wouldnt let me or my partner do nails and trim him. fantastic job lovely friendly staff will recommend them to anybody will be going back.
