An honest, extra helpful and non greedy business. I'm an electrical engineer helping a non wealthy one legged friend out by trying to fix their scooter. I made a wrong diagnosis that it was the ECU. Instead of just charging me 100 plus for a replacement, the owner tested my ECU and found it was OK for free and only charged a pittance for a set of replacement brushes which he suggested were the problem. He has re-instated my faith in humanity! Thank you Kind Sir!

I can't speak highly enough of this company. I told them what I wanted the scooter for and they found the one for me. I did ask them about another one I had seen online but even though it was more expensive they still recommended the less expensive one because it would suit ME best. I've had it serviced there too and they never do anything that doesn't need doing and give you a picture warning about what MIGHT need doing next time in a years time.

My mobility scooter has had a few issues recently but it's not been a problem as Much More Mobility have been really helpful. The turnaround has been quick when the scooter needed to go to the workshop and more recently they were able to fix the problem at my home so that was really brilliant. Ross who fixed the scooter was really knowledgeable and when replacing the scooter I will not hesitate to do it through them as it seems buying online can be a minefield.
