We stayed in Moleyns. The back door key was not provided probably because the door is a bit knackered with a screw loose that sometimes stops you shutting it. The master bedroom window is also just taped up with gaffer tape. The kitchen isn't that well equipped. No scales steamer and some of the pans are looking a bit old. No blender or food processor. The TV is smart but every time we tried to connect to iPlayer or an app it crashed out. The WiFi was fine though. The swimming pool is fantastic and was never too busy. The gym was good according to gym using child. The play barn is great for an indoor kickabout 2 v 2 but the pool table is knackered with broken cushions and terrible balls. Could really use an overhaul and clean and tidy. The roof is dripping but that wasn't a major issue. There are two decent table tennis tables. The air hockey is rubbish. Neither of the dog washes had functioning hot water although they had functioning hoses and plenty of towels. Hopefully this is useful feedback. It's a great place to stay and excellent for dog walks. Kids loved the swimming pool sauna jacuzzi and steam room.
