Very happy with the service we received. After having difficulty booking another plumber to put back a radiator in our kitchen we tried RF Heating and plumbing and they booked us in very quickly. The plumber did a fantastic job even though it wasn't quite as straightforward a job as we had initially thought. Will definately use RF Heating and Plumbing again and recommend them to others.

Speedy and efficient service. Rob quickly organised, and Brian and Robin fitted the new boiler .. it all went very smoothly and thankfully, hot water and warmth are now resumed! Very pleased with the quality and level of service. I choose RF Heating as, when new to the area a few years ago, I called countless heating engineers without success and Rob was the only one who took the time to help me get my boiler working in my newly acquired home

Rob agreed to visit on Wednesday to quote for work to be done. Rushed through work to get home to meet him as agreed. Phoned Rob to be told he wasn't going to make it because he wanted to go on a bike ride instead! Agreed he would visit Thursday. Again... rushed through work to get home as agreed. This time Rob just ignored his phone and didn't get back to me. Not recommended. Reply 1: I wasnt aware going for a bike ride was an emergency, had no missed calls or voicemail from you. Of course genuine emergencies take priority, but its not difficult to let your other customers know youre not going to make it. The other engineer was for another day but like you, ignored his phone, didnt turn up and didnt let me know in advance he was not going to arrive. I am also fully aware these are difficult times, but the fact is you agreed to visit and didnt turn up - twice.
