I urge everyone reading this not to use this company, They are unethical bunch of stinking liars and am in the process of filing a small claims case against them I am appalled by their lack of responsibility or customer service. I have booked them now twice and they haven't bothered to show and haven't communicated either. Their no show has lead to me having to incur huge losses ...they re-assure and apologise and promise to call you back but never do.

Terrible customer service from this company, colleague of theres on the phone verbally abused me and was using inappropriate language about me when he thought he disconnected the call to his colleagues. The language was highly offensive and insulting. He terminated the call when arranging the appointment. Highly unprofessional. This company also 2 weeks prior incorrectly installed my flu for my boiler so had to come back and correctly install it up to standards, this is gas could have been very disastrous. Absolutely disgraceful company. Rude, incompetent and lie. They are currently contracted by Taylor and Wimpey which I am doing all that I can to get this contract cancelled as I do not want other people dealing with these clowns. They turned our heating off upstairs when it's mid winter. I told them specifically not to turn it off. The plumber then left after making it worse. He said it'll be a couple of days. It's been almost a week and there's still no sign of our plumbing being fixed. No communication from them either other than my call to them earlier today which was disgusting. They have left the plumbing ticking and thumping sounds without 18 month olds cot near to this noise. On calling them up to express my concerns they just hung up on me. Shocking service.

Fantastic Plumbing contractor Customer care engineers attended to my Noisy boiler within 24hr and the issue was rectified quickly and professionally Always polite and professional Highly recommended
