Went one stop to collect parcel that was meant to be re delivered to me and the lady was rude, saying I should have a note to be proved that I missed the delivery I mentioned I didnt get one but I got an email and she continued to say they dont send emails when I had proof? And she said next time I will refuse to give you parcel if you dont have a note Royal Mail leave, even on the app I have to track says not always we leave a note. Unprofessional.
