We had booked Stacey in for a clean nearly 2 weeks in advance for a Thursday afternoon ready for our weekend plans. We didnt hear from her to say she was unable to make it until gone 5pm but she rearranged to come on the Friday. We didnt hear anything from her at all on the Friday either and she wouldnt respond to our text or calls. Not sure if she was too busy but its a shame as we couldve used someone else instead but it was too late.
