        Staff didn't know how to pull a pint, couldn't get a measure of spirit from the optic, only half a measure of another spirit left in the building. No plates ready at the "carvery", had to wait 5 minutes for some to be found. No adult present to assist the young staff in the bar or show them how to carve meat. Totally soul less, needing major work.
