Id had a difficult morning before arriving at Carolines and I felt a bit overwhelmed and emotional. As it was my first session I didnt know what to expect and I was worried I wouldnt be able to concentrate on what was happening. I was so wrong!! Within the shortest amount of time I began to relax and by the middle of the session I felt so grounded - much needed and the effects lasted long after I left. Highly recommend! Carolines technical skills and personal manner made this such an enjoyable experience. Thanks, Caroline!

It is so hard to find a Buteyko therapist and after ten years of looking for one locally, FINALLY I found a really special one. After years of struggling with my breathing thanks to asthma and bronchiectasis, Caroline has taught me some great techniques that are really easy to incorporate into every day life and are effective. They are also super relaxing. Caroline takes time to listen to your needs with empathy and kindness. And even better, she doesn't just do Buteyko. She is extremely knowledgeable and I have ended up joining her yoga class and having her remedial massage too. I highly recommend her. Thank you Caroline :)

I love my yoga lessons with Caroline, both in person and the current Zoom ones. Every week the session is different, so encourages lots of focus and I always feel nicely stretched! Also to add that I am now a big fan of Carolines pain relief massage treatments too. She has a great knowledge of how to gently manipulate the body for good results and creates a lovely energy in her relaxing studio treatment room.

I am SO grateful to have been recommended Caroline. She is warm, friendly and down to earth and a pleasure to visit. Her knowledge of the body and mind is exceptional and she can create a tailored treatment each time, drawing on her many skills and experience. I visited her initially for TMJ (temporomandibular jaw syndrome) triggered by grief and stress. Her massage techniques were incredibly effective and accurate and I felt in safe and experienced hands. My jaw pain has reduced considerably and I now consider myself to be free of the condition, thanks to Caroline's skills.
