        New customer to this cattery and we are really pleased with the service. The cattery is indoor cattery with secure housing and immaculate. Very friendly owner. Collection of cats found them very relaxed and had settled well. Definitely will be booking again and recommend the service.

        Beautiful, secure location and so clean inside. Easy booking, communication and very reasonable charges. The accommodation is perfectly proportioned with everything that you could hope for. Our cat was instantly settled, wandered in and began to eat. When he came home, he was calm, clean and had clearly been very happy whilst we were away. I would most definitely use this cattery again.

        Our kitten Missy absolutely loved staying at Lilac Tree Cattery! Joanne is such a natural with cats and extremely polite, friendly and accommodating. Missy is very particular about who she lets fuss her, but she settled in straight away with Joanne. The cattery itself is the best home for cats you could imagine! That's why we've been back again. If like us, you've had a bad experience with a cattery in the past; every part of Lilac Tree Cattery will set your mind at ease. Thank you Joanne for looking after Missy so well!
