Hop Farm Auction Room

I have driven over 120 miles to view this auction when I got there apparently it was closed at 3 PM when it was meant to be on till 4 PM when I tried to call them they just kept leaving the phone ring and ring and ring it seems like con job

Don't bother. They have wasted so much of my time. I have emailed them, sent pictures, called them to be told they are full, they are about to film floggit and to email pictures (that's three phone calls alone) all of which I have done and nearly two weeks later I am still waiting. Clearly, not good enough for their auction but they could have answered my emails- I sent one with photos and one to ask if they are able to take on the Lots but to no avail. Very disappointing time at a very stressful time for the family. They act as if they are doing you a favour.

Having purchased a number of items,in the late March sale online.I must register my complete satisfaction in the dealings with this Aution site.An extremely helpful staff on all of my questions,and items despatched without delay,all received as listed and safely,at very keen costs to me.Refreshing experience all round.Well done to you all.And many thanks.Ron Clarke.
