The administrative team were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as was the driver. I received a certificate confirming the disposal as well as an invoice in good time. From an environmental point of view, It's also great that the paper is recycled!
My only quibble was that I initially requested a later collection time slot than the driver was able to action logistically but he contacted me in good time about this, a resolution was made and the process continued smoothly.
Overall the MyShred service is professional and responsive. I would use them again and recommend MyShred to others!
