        Awful!! Broke downstairs loo and left the loo running water, fluff all over the carpets and skirting boards not dusted. Kitchen sink not cleaned. When I phone to speak to Anna (owner) she was very hostile and instead of wanting to fix said it would be best to go elsewhere as my expectations were too high. I didn't think a dust and pushing the hoover around was expecting too high. My advice...go elsewhere where your house is treated as you would and a clean actually results in a clean house
