A great owner, lovely with a heart of gold yet my employment there wasnt the greatest, let me go at first due to a injury at work then rehired me as it was wrong what they did after that it made it awkward to work , skip 2 months one of the mangers there very aggressive toward me and other employees speaking down on us like we are nothing, always trys to place blame on everyone and never taking the blame. This manger instead of pulling you to one side to chat about problems he would come out to the yard screaming and shouting. I have never been mistreated like this in any job I have ever been to. There is lack of communication between management a lot of he said /she said. There has also been plenty of people I have seen let go in unprofessional ways for no reason ,they like to hire you then one slip up fire you. Having a new born baby aswell hasnt helped with the fact they are needing hospital appointments and it is a struggle to book a days holiday, they like to argue with you about it and make it as difficult as they can to book a day off. I made many friends there and it has been sad to leave them but there management system is all wrong its a lot of back and forward with lie after lie and never hearing no feedback My injury was caused by a faulty van witch I had reported back to the management on multiple occasions and still to this day has not been fixed they lack a lot of motivation there and the heath and safety is bad, all the videos you see are made with us being instructed to do things and isnt how it is in a normal working day.
