        Allot of room to improve. No honesty and customers left out of the loop. If your overwhelmed and things are lait, don't lie and make up excuses, admit you messed up and your behind on deliveries. Even if it is 6 weeks I'd like to know.

        Effectively crooks. Intentionally damaging or discarding parcels they have been entrusted with. Despicable company. Update: Once again, another parcel "delayed" and no word all week.
