        Appalling service. Paid 180 for a diagnostic. When I gave the go ahead to carry out works they told be didn't have the specialist tools. Main dealer not having tools to work on there own car! I was promised a call on the Wednesday but didn't recieve one. I tried called the office but no one answered the call. I drove to the dealer to be told person dealing with it not in. Was promised a callback, still waiting 6 days on. Avoid at all cost, has put me off buying another Ford. Service: Transmission
