Happy with product and finish achieved on installation. However, the after sales service left something to be desired. We over ordered based on the guidance provided on Mrs Stone Store website and when we reverted to the company on completion of our project, fully expecting to return and obtain a refund for the over ordered goods, it transpired that the collection charge would outweigh the credit we would receive. We were then advised by a not very helpful individual that we could drop the tiles into their store which bearing in mind our location in the UK was again not a viable option. So our advice would be beware and take great care in the ordering process as any over ordering is not dealt with sympathetically by Mrs Stone Store.

Mrs Stone Store was brilliant I was looking for split face tile for renovating our master bathroom the price was very reasonable and service was great got the tiles on time and we are very happy with how things have turned out we will use Mrs. Stone Store for sure in the future for other renovation projects.

Transformed our tired family bathroom into a modern wet room. The slate floor tiles have such a nice feel underfoot, completely non-slip and the under floor heating warms them beautifully. Very happy.
