I am a taxi driver in Oxford and I was dropping a passenger at this place and after dropping the passenger I felt like going to the toilet, I went to the reception and ask the receptionist to go to toilet but she looked at me with a strange eyes and asked me who are you then I replied that I am a taxi driver and I just dropped a passenger here then she asked me again that where is the passenger you dropped and then I realised that she doesn't want me to use the toilet because her behaviour was bad and rude but still I replied her that my passenger is standing outside the reception door and he is busy on the phone but I came in because I wanted to go to the toilet then she allowed me to go to the toilet and asked me to be quick in very rude behaviour. I felt very bad because we taxi drivers got never refused to use the toilet anywhere in hotels, restaurants and other conference centres and business centres wherever we drop passengers. But this old lady receptionist was very rude and kind of racist.
