        I cannot recommend Morton Hall enough. They are great to deal with, very friendly and incredibly helpful. Helped us get planning permission for land that had been refused previously. Would definitely use them again.

        I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the Matthew group as we found them great to work with. They have delivered a set of high quality structural drawings and a beautiful end result that fits my family perfectly.

        Please note that this company is NOT registered with RICS or TPO which are the main construction and surveyor regulatory organisations. They also do NOT have a formal complaints procedure and escalation process. This means that, if they mess up your contract, you are on your own! Missed an important and dangerous item in the structural survey and then avoided responding for 5 weeks after I had bought and moved in. Even now they avoid the issue. If you have problems with this surveyor group then please report to RICS with a complaint. If anyone needs proof I am happy to show the photo survey and emails. I would avoid using them if possible until you have researched their reviews and references.
