        Excellent company. They put double glazing and front door into our home. We had upstairs done with Anglian windows and the tradelink windows are much superior in build quality. They are very well made and robust and also very heavy. The furniture (handles etc) on the tradelink windows are also much better quality. Its like comparing a Mercedes to a Fiat.

        We had an issue with our bifold doors which turned out to be related to poor installation in the first place. Rang trade-link to help as previous installer wasn't interested and they put me in touch with a really professional and expert installer. We have gone from thinking we were looking at a 3k bill to replace our doors to having them refitted and working perfectly for just 150. Technically, the issue we had had nothing to do with trade-link and they could have chosen to not help, however, our experience of the customer service was spot on. Big shout out to 'Zoe' who was the person who put me in touch with C F window installations.

        Just had new windows and conservatory fitted by Trade Link ( March ) really please with the quality of service throughout complete process .. everything fitted first time , installation guys first class throughout whole process clean / tidy and professional all the time .. so pleased with everything would recommend trade link every time real pleasure doing business .. so good was the whole service from initial survey to installation this week ( around 8 weeks ) well done everyone would certainly recommend to others

        The worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with. The windows came in damaged.. the handles dont line up with the corresponding handle. The astragal bar was not stuck to the windows and flap about, they dont line up with the duplo bar. They refuse to put this right and wont reply to my emails or phone calls.

        Windows supplied really poor quality. Glass has had to be changed 3 times so far and issues still not resolved.
