The staff try their best through all the hate and bias they receive, the ladies are always polite, kind and thoroughly helpful. I do believe they could streamline the way they work for better productivity and time saving but they have to go by the policy and procedure theyre told by someone who doesn't see or care it doesn't work for the customers. Its really not the pharmacy staffs fault, its the way the system works (or doesn't in actuality) and higher ups cutting staffing for whatever reason (cut costs to line their pockets).

Brilliant shop assistant for no other reason than great customer service and to be nice waded through a stash of coupons they had stock piled too give me a discount on my purchase. Things like that make a big difference even if only to make restore a bit of faith in humanity. Id already left a 4 star upped to 5. I said id leave a review. ps people often moan they are slow. They are but thats because they do it right. People forget how many errors other pharmacy's make. These guys picked up on a prescription a few years ago id been taking for years and was being seriously over dosed. No one else did. Its not they're slow its more people are being impatient waiting for quality . Amazing and ty ;)

Absolute the worse pharmacy I have ever used They are that slow people was queuing out side they have care for customers many of them had to go back to collect I for one put my prescription in on Monday and on Thursday it still not ready The nurse from next door walked in and then none of them was seeing to customers that all stood there talking with queuing out side in this heat When I asked for mine she looked on the pc and said yes we have it but have not done it Then went on to blame the new software What a joke
