        Terrible staffing issues. Waited over 25 minutes to be served at a counter. No staff at the till I had to queue with prescription customers. Always the same. Boxes all over the floor from deliveries. Boots need to hire more people.

        Worst Chemist I have ever used doctor sends prescription 4 days before collection then they say sorry come back after 2 night prescription still. Never have I been to a shambles of a pharmacy changed to tescos now

        Insufficient staff. Informed my prescription wasn't there and told to come back when it was quieter. Called my gp who assured me it was and was given the time it was emailed through. She then miraculously found it. No apology.
