        Rude staff with bad attitudes .We had glasses from there in which when received they were unwearable. We then had to go elsewhere to get another sight test and choose glasses from a reputable company . Guess what Prescription was incorrect and also needed prisms in both lenses. So Specsavers you have lost our business. Just to also let you know certain members of staff were talking in a corner about a disabled person in a derogative way not on but according to the Manager it didn't happen. Oh yes it did !!! Thank you also to the Optician for the wrong prescription and I think you need to resume training and look like you actually want to work there instead of looking like you can't be bothered. Trousers that are not half way up your legs would help also !!! My advice go elsewhere !!
