I am a nurse who has come to Aria Court from another care home. Coming into this environment has been extremely rewarding. It is an absolute pleasure to work here and I absolutely love my job, a lot of the staff are so welcoming and kind and respectful to work alongside, it is nice to work in a positive environment, however challenging it may seem at times. I have been made welcome so much and only worked here for a few months but feel like i have been here for a lot longer but in a very good way as I feel very comfortable and supported. Some days are challenging , as is every primary care unit at present, however with good support and good communication between us all and excellent practice with resident care i feel that Aria has and does have a lot to offer for not only its staff by means of reward when looking after its residents and ability to progress, but also the new structure within our communities that are due to occur soon , this will allow a more stablized, residential/nursing led care environment. I look forward to many more years working along side such lovely, friendly and respectful colleagues and giving good quality care to all its residents with whom i look after.

I'm really proud to work at Aria court, the home has gone through some major changes over the past few years, not to mention COVID. the team have faced so much and yet remained resilient and strong. The home has continued to improve its governance and show case the amazing work that is done here.
