        Refused to serve me meant to be open till 1:30 but wouldnt let me in at 1pm looking to spend 200 pound on a new chain but messed me about at the door wont be returning.

        Took a citizen watch in for bracelet to be made smaller, picked up in a weeks time, perfect fit & a good price,have been in the store only 2 weeks ago getting a battery fitted to a ladies Cartier watch picked up later
