        Waiting for deliveries important for Christmas. Why dont they go on strike when its not important to customers it will still upset the management. Them like all the others on strike are very selfish.

        Worst delivery office ever with the stupidest collection times. Staff don't seem to want to be behind the counter and take no pleasure in serving you.

        I have a parcel waiting at the parcel office but the times they are open is when I'm working so have to wait a week to be able to collect on a saturday. What a joke and they want more money. Should be aleast one evening open til 6pm. I try not to use royal mail for that reason.
