Charlotte has been my main contact at EW dealing with this particular transaction. I have always found Charlotte to be very helpful, polite and professional. She has kept me informed and updated along the way and nothing has been too much trouble. It has been a pleasure to deal with her. My leasehold property was sold very quickly following the recommended asking price from Ellis Winters. An unanticipated length of time until completion then took place due to factors unconnected with EW. At every stage during this time Charlotte, Louise and Natalie kept me well informed by phone or email. Their quick responses, updates and positive attitude removed much of the stress and hassle usually involved in property transactions. They are a first-class team and I highly recommend the firm.

Absolutely wonderful! Highly recommended! So glad we went with Ellis Winters for our recent house sale - they've been so helpful every step of the way - getting the house marketed perfectly, viewings, keeping us updated and most importantly, chasing the other people in our chain and solicitors! We had a reasonable chain (6 parties) which we were in the middle of, and Charlotte who was handling our sale was regularly checking in with everyone and keeping us and our buyers updated right the way through to completion, I don't know how we'd have managed without her help - made the always stressful process of moving much less stressful. Everyone we dealt with was polite, friendly, well informed and knowledgeable throughout, as well as very clear and honest. I really can't recommend them enough, I've been telling all my friends to use them.
