I first met Sam at an exhibition at the NEC where he was exhibiting one of his staircases. The company was relatively new then but I was impressed and on doing another self build rang Sam for a survey and quote. We now have a magnificent oak and glass staircase and an impressive balustrade. Such a wow feature in our wow house!

S&L designed and supplied all our internal and external balustrades and staircases into our new property. Partly through this excellent work, our home won a major regional single property design award. Installation was managed to an excellent standard. Thanks to Sam and his team.

We used S&L to supply and install 2 staircases in our barn conversion in Northamptonshire. We met Sam at Grand Designs and he visited us and designed, manufactured and installed 2 lovely staircases that fitted in with desire to have a very contemporary interior to our traditional barn conversion. Sam also designed, manufactured and installed our electric gates. Overall we have been very pleased with the service from Sam and his team.

Absolutely delighted with our stairs and glass balustrades from Sam and the team at S&L. Great quality product, matched to the exact oak finish that our parquet floors are with a seamless transition. Delivered on time and on budget. Would highly recommend and will be using them again for my next project.

I have used S&L Engineering over the years for a number of jobs inside and outside of our house: a bespoke cantilever staircase, a glass balcony and outdoor railings. Sam and the team have always done a fantastic job and we would highly recommend his work.
