        Great, friendly and knowledgeable people. They took my needs into account as I originally wanted a cheap, temporary wheelchair and came away with a more expensive model. However, this was our choice (myself and my wife) as they said this was too dear for what I wanted and didn't try to push this model. As it turned out, it fitted into her smaller car perfectly, and we bought a couple of accessories as well, again, purely at our choice. I had plenty of time to try out the various models and there was no rushing or hard sell. Plus, the Macaw, Pepsi, was a change from the usual dog or cat!!! I'll definitely go again if I need to.

        The professionalism and knowledge shown by Naomi was of the highest standard. She was kind, patient and so friendly and really welcoming. On leaving I knew that I had purchased the best mobility scooter to meet my needs. I cannot praise the staff enough
