        Brilliant fun training , great venue soon to expand . Instilling discipline , high fitness and confidence levels across all ages . Really enjoy the over 50s class , on a Wednesday morning . Highly recommend you give it a try . Suitable for all ages .

        I joined with no kickboxing experience. There are classes for all abilities at all different times of the week, so something suitable for everyone! The coaches are amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. There's no pressure to grade if you don't want to, but equally they will push you to your full potential if you do. 5 star review from me - love this place!
