Brought a house recently. Countless times asked if we could receive broadband from day one due to running a business from home. Told yes all in place. Turns out they haven't paid for virgin or fibre to the property like most new build properties these days. ISP tells us cabinets are full and work on going. This has been promised since december 2018. No time scale as to when I may be connected to broadband. Guessing months at the moment. If you rely on broadband do not move here. Houses are a really good size but the finish is rushed. Avoid

Lack of communication and miscommunication. Told one thing and told another thing the next day. Was told completion for Oct/Sept then they brought forward to Aug/Sept and now it's looking like October. Living out of boxes at the moment not happy at all. Sales Manager assistant told us she was going to try get us some compensation and now we have spoken to the actual Sales manager and she has had a word for everything. Not impressed. Also exchanged contracts which has now been breached.
