Staff don't type in ecp codes for ebay click and collect packages when they arrive. A FM code for pick up can not be sent until the ecp code has been keyed in. They do not answer the phone when you call them to tell them to key in the ecp code. Instead I have to walk the two miles to the store and hangaround for two hours for a FM code to come through. Staff need training on how to process ebay click and collect.
