Was searching for a new car Saw the car I wanted at pilgrims Simon was a pleasure to deal with, patient and not pushy. Gave a reasonable deal for my old car and I'm happy with the new one! However just beware that the extended warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on.. just make sure it's suits the value of the car as a 1k claim limit doesn't even touch the surface on a 10k car

Thank you Pilgrims of March for restoring my confidence in Ford Garages/Servicing. You recued us when the filler- cap lever decided to disconnect on our journey back to Rugby. You can imagine the surprise and dismay when I tried to fill up at a at nearby filling station! After being given your address, we phoned Pilgrims and Marion on reception, invited us to come round immediately for assessment. Coffee soon appeared after our arrival and so did Aaron. Fantastic customer service and very friendly. At no point did I feel pressured (unlike some dealerships Ive visited) and everything was explained clearly through the process of buying a car. Very happy with the service I received from Simon. Hes a credit to the company.
