Agree with the man who said it needs zero stars. Vile customer service, such a rude man on the phone, if you ask him questions he gets angry. Please listen to these reviews because I didnt. All cars pass MOT perfectly with no faults/improvements what so over, so take that as you will.

Went down to march to view a BMW X5 that I saw On eBay it was a couple of hour drive but I was Not disappointed the car was as good as described I took it for a test drive and knew it was the one for me Ben and the staff are lovely people to deal with they treated me very well I got a what I asked for my car cant fault them would highly recommend this company well done guys mr Barber Suffolk

If I could give zero stars I would as I had the misfortune of buying a car from this place just short of a year ago. So about a month ago I heard a sort of grinding noise when I was breaking, I thought it might be the break pads worn so took it to my local garage and they informed me that it wasn't the break pads which I thought great! No you have serious issues with the rear suspension which will cost about 3500!!!!! It's a Jeep Patriot so it only takes actual jeep parts not repo's so when I told the garage I've only had it 11 months and that I have only driven it to work 15 miles each way on a motorway and bought it for 5000!!!! he went and done a bit of investigating off his own back, now when I went to the garage he explained that it didn't make sense to him as the MOT from this place was clean as a whistle? Nothing whatsoever? But all the the issues relating to my problems were put on the previous MOTs. Make that what you will! So now I have no car as it won't pass an MOT and I can't get to work as of next week! I've had the car checked by two different garages for there professional opinion and my finance company have give my a list of independent mechanical engineers I need to choose from which will confirm what the garages have said to take this further as well as contact the car ombudsman to complain also and seek out legal consultation. I hope my ordeal helps others think before they buy!

Terrible. Bought a car with 6 months warranty. Within days the gears weren't going into place and I nearly had accidents with my kids in the car after they jammed on a roundabout. They had my car in the workshop for 3 months over summer in 40 something degree heat and gave me a go cart on wheels with no air con to drive instead. After 3 months they said the problem was fixed. I then drive the car and less than 2 weeks later the gear box goes whilst I am driving it and they haven't answered the phone to me or called me back since and its been over a month. Apparently their warranties amd customer services are not worth anything.
