What an amazing experience!! We went in to buy a mattress for a friend's mum. The manager was brilliant. Couldn't be more helpful. He bent over backwards to help us find the right mattress. So friendly and helpful. He's a very colourful and charismatic man. We had such a blast, we ended up staying longer than intended. It was all good fun. It was one of the funniest days in a long time!! And we got the mattress we urgently needed too!!

We are so pleased that we found Mattressman. Andrew is without doubt the most attentive store manager I have met in many many years. There was no pressure to buy and not only did he actually, genuinely listen to what we had to say, he was also happy to take time with us and discuss all the alternatives before directing us to what turned out to be absolutely the right bed for our needs. We will be needing to buy a couple more beds in the not too distant future and we will definitely be coming back to see Andrew for those. Update. Well, we did go back to see Andrew, who was attentive and as helpful as before. Once again he discussed options with us and we have ended up with a pair of single beds that are perfect for when we have visitors to stay. Thank you Andrew.
