        Horrible customer service!!! Worst in all M & S I came to order coffee , been waiting a lot no one came to take an order like it supose to be ! Staff who working there hardly know English ! Disgusting customer service fully ignoring ppl ! Unsatisfied and very very upsed ! Shame of Rickmansworth !

        Very useful for picking up essentials on the way home but the alcohol is eye-wateringly expensive.

        Awful customer service. Picked up the wrong cereal bar which didnt fall into the meal deal promotion but I was refused a refund so that I could change the bar and in so doing paid 3.50 more than I was expecting. I buy my lunch from M&S/BP stores almost every day of the week but will never go back to this branch.
