My opinion as previous member and as gym manager experienced, if you guys want your gym to be full and busy trust me : reduce your payments and change this payments policy , make it more easy for people can join , change the equipments by prioritising as people like to do supersets or muscles combinations so they struggle to go up and down , try to get experienced workers not just receptionists and get more weights and dumbbells. And dont forgot that there are 3 gyms near you so people can easily avoid you and go to the better ones . Its my simple vision I wish you accept it . Thank you
