I've had a great experience purchasing a property and then renting it out using Callaway. I have been really satisfied and happy with Callaway & Co and am so glad I chose them to sell my property. It was a complicated shared ownership process and David had been extremely helpful to me throughout, working together at every step of the way. He has been engaged, proactive, professional, he took the time to listen making the whole process as smooth as possible. This was more than what I could have expected after having dealt with many other estate agents in my time, especially in London. At times when the process was so frustrating, he was a beacon of light and with his experience and knowledge of the industry, I really did not feel alone in this difficult process, but so supported.
