Foxtons wanted 19% (Inc vat) for a fully managed property and 13% for none managed... They were very, very arrogant... Demanded my business. They were much higher in their fees than other agencies I was talking with. I asked them to be sensible in their fees and reduce them to get my business.. ... "We never negotiate.... Give us your business was the reply." Ludicrous. "No," was my answer....

Foxtons is an estate agency that stands out for its professionalism and customer care. I was assisted by Daniela Bujarov at the Willesden Green office who was able to advise and guide me through my search. She is someone you can rely on, knowledgeable and able to understand your needs. I am glad that I was lucky enough to meet her and that she helped me.

I found Foxtons and their representative with whom I dealt with solely at the Willesden office to be polite; caring; devoted and followed my brief of the type of property I was after...and also imaginative with ideas...overall Foxtons made it all a pleasurable experience all round (and the same applies to their other regional offices in West Hampstead and North Finchley)

Bel Green really went above and beyond to help my partner and I in our house search. He took the time to get to know us and answer all of our questions in detail, making us feel really at ease with the process. Truly everything you could want in an estate agent, from the snappy pin stripe suit to understanding exactly what we were after in a property. Highly recommend!
