        Please read carefully before you sign a long term let with this agency. Its sounds great that they dont require any references from you. But the point is that their contract says Holiday Letting, which means that you as a tenant have almost no rights and they can enter your property anytime without giving a notice. And also dont forget that this kind of letting means that your deposit will not be under Deposit Protection Scheme.
