This has become my regular stay every week whilst working in London. I had been to many places before finding The Windmill. Its the best value for money place to stay in the capital! Car parking, pub, cosy rooms and a great landlady. What more could you ask for in London. Easy to get to off north circular and M1. 15 minute walk from Kilburn tube station on Jubilee line and less than 10 to train station Pub is most reasonable prices too!

For an affordable place to put your head down for a night with quick links into central London, it's a fab lil hotel. It did on our time here smell quite heavily of fresh paint so it appears well maintained. There is a pub below which has a nice but small range of beers, ciders and spirits. The staff are very friendly though! The rooms are a different mish-mash of furniture in an eclectic way which does work. Very soft beds (which for me was absolutely fantastic!). Did note that the additional rooms seem to go through a back stair case which did have slightly heavier doors than the ones leading up to the first set of rooms. Access to your room is self-served. You are given a code for your key safe with a key provided. We did find out key was bent. We also found the next day, a second key was provided for the room which hadn't been put in the keysafe on the first day. It doesnt offer food options but there's some fantastic options around, including local Ethiopian restaurants, or Spoons if you want a quick breakfast.
