They had a decent selection of weights and machines, nothing too fancy or high-tech, but enough to get the job done. The cardio equipment was alright too, although some of it was a little outdated and could probably use an upgrade. The trainers seemed friendly enough, although I didn't really interact with them too much. I just did my own thing and they didn't bother me. The atmosphere was pretty standard for a gym - not too exciting or anything, but not depressing either. It was just a place to get your sweat on and do your thing. Overall, I'd say it's an average gym. It's not going to blow your mind, but it's also not a complete dump. If you're looking for a place to get a solid workout in without any frills or gimmicks, then this place will do the job.

Went for about a month, didn't like the coaches attitude or classes. Other than a Monday it's quite boring tbh

I have never been to a Gym or worked out before in my life except for cycling in my teenage years. It was bcs genetics have been kind to me to maintain my weight. As I was getting older and in my 50s I felt unfit, slowly but surely gaining a few kilos especially around the waist. Nearing 60 my knees were stiff and all of a sudden my cholesterol level went above 7 so I decided to join a Gym rather reluctantly. The best decision Ive ever made!!! I cannot thank my trainer Dusty enough. From my initial call asking him million questions and during the past 4 weeks he has nothing but been kind, motivational and encouraging me to continue. Everyone in the class are super friendly, helpful and we have a lot of fun working hard listening to Dustys choice of upbeat music. I love going to my class and it feels homely! people with all abilities, multicultural and all ages working out in harmony. I cant believe that I lost 2 kilos in less than 4 weeks:-) Thank you Dusty

The trainers seemed friendly enough, although I didn't really interact with them too much. I just did my own thing and they didn't bother me.
The atmosphere was pretty standard for a gym - not too exciting or anything, but not depressing either. It was just a place to get your sweat on and do your thing.
Overall, I'd say it's an average gym. It's not going to blow your mind, but it's also not a complete dump. If you're looking for a place to get a solid workout in without any frills or gimmicks, then this place will do the job.
