I have been registered at this surgery for over a decade and it's getting worst each day. No matter how much you explain your health issues and how badly you need medical attention, receptionist will not give you appointment easily even, if you call 8am as per their policy. They are extremely rude and impolite. GP's are the same, they don't listen to your health problems and always create arguments and pass on nasty comments even, during medical consultation. When requests is made for prescription they always have excuse to say no, despite knowing my health history full well which state I need the medication regularly. Wrong blood test has also been requested for my daughter as well who suffer from coeliac disease. Everytime when I have spoken to either receptionist or clinicians my experience with them has been horrible. Please DON'T register with this surgery.

The worst staff ever except for the doctors. The receptionists are very rude and they don't understand the pain the other person is going through. They try to threaten you by saying that if you don't call at 8am, you won't get an appointment.Health problems are something you cannot timebox and you should be able to get an appointment at the earliest but they are such inhuman bunch of people.

Just dont bother. Go and register yourself somewhere else. Ive been with this practice over 3 years and my GP was Samina H. Only just recently my visits were more often due to my health conditions getting worse. Though after every visit, Id leave really disappointed & no help received of any kind & more confused! Its easy to blame everything on stress - no, isnt always that & because every human being knows when something isnt okay with their body & its changing for the worse. You should not deny any blood tests when asked to be done, and you should not deny any referrals to a dermatologist for example, when your patient really belives that he/she needs it because there are trained people who might know more. Your excuse for that surely shouldnt be its too costly because I dont know what is your practices budget for spending & frankly, I dont know how would that be relevant to me or if I care enough? Its your job to act in the best interest for your patient. Every single one. Even if that patient is 20 years old - too young to have any serious conditions, really? So I will be registering with other practice because at this current one, the staff is really useless, unprofessional & rude at times too - practitioner who normally reads out your blood results over the phone - she needs to work on her people/communication skills, so unprofessional , didnt even let me ask a question. The only one, really helpful & kind is the lady, red hair (dont remember her name), at the reception. Ive had it enough. Ive been registered to many practices across London as I moved home, but nothing like this. So, so, so disappointing.
